Welcome to your home in the heart of São Paulo! If you're looking for a comfortable, practical place with an unbeatable location to explore the city, our studio on the iconic Rua Augusta is for you. This studio was designed with simplicity and comfort in mind. It's the perfect retreat for two people who spend their days discovering the city and are looking for a cozy place to rest at night. Sleeping Area: Relax in a comfortable double bed, perfect for recharging your batteries. Kitchenette: While simple, the kitchen space is highly functional. It features a two-burner cooktop, a mini-fridge, pots, pans, and all the essential utensils to prepare breakfast or a light dinner. And of course, we've included wine glasses for you to toast to your São Paulo adventure. Full Bathroom: The private bathroom is equipped with our quality BSR amenities: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus soft towels. Storage: An open closet with hangers allows you to organize your clothes and feel at home. PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE BUILDING! At Becker Studios Rentals, honesty is our cornerstone. We want you to have all the information so you can decide if this is the perfect stay for you. The building is brand new (it officially opened in March 2025) and it's fantastic! However, this means that many apartments are still being finished and residents are moving in. Therefore, please consider the following before booking: DAYTIME NOISE: From Monday to Friday, during business hours (approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), it is very likely that you will hear construction-related noise. If you plan to be out exploring the city during the day, this should not affect you. PROTECTED COMMON AREAS: To protect the new facilities during the move-in period, you will notice that the elevators and some hallway floors are covered with protective materials. We are offering a special introductory rate to account for these details. This is a unique opportunity to stay in a premium location for an incredible price while the building fully comes to life! Getting around the city from our studio is incredibly easy, with options to suit every style and need. You are connected to the best of São Paulo. On Foot: This is the best way to explore the area! You are just a short and pleasant walk from Avenida Paulista, Rua Frei Caneca (and its shopping mall), and countless restaurants, bars, and theaters. Get lost in the streets and discover the neighborhood's secrets. Subway (Metrô): The Consolação Metro Station (Line 2-Green) is a few minutes' walk away. Through it, you have a direct underground connection to the Paulista Station (Line 4-Yellow), one of the city's most modern and important lines. It can quickly get you to neighborhoods like Pinheiros, Vila Madalena, and the historic downtown (Luz and República stations). Uber / Ride-Sharing Apps: Being on Rua Augusta, one of SP's most famous streets, it's extremely easy and fast to hail a car via an app (Uber, 99, etc.) at any time of day or night. By Car / Parking: The apartment does not have a dedicated parking space. However, there are several 24-hour paid parking lots just a few steps from the building, offering security and convenience should you arrive by car or rent one during your stay.
