However, this means that many apartments are still in the construction and finishing phases. Therefore, we kindly ask you to consider the following before booking: DAYTIME NOISE: From Monday to Friday, during business hours (approximately 08:00 to 17:00, and Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00), it is very likely you will hear construction noise. If you plan to spend your day exploring the city, this should not affect your stay. PROTECTED COMMON AREAS: To protect the brand-new facilities from the constant movement of move-ins, you will notice that elevators and floors in some hallways are covered with protective materials.
